Lt. Gen. (USA, Ret) Carroll Pollett is the senior vice president and chief growth officer for L-3 National Security Solutions group. With 37 years of service in the U.S. Army, Pollett’s distinguished career has included a variety of key leadership roles, culminating in his dual appointment as director of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and as Commander, Joint Task Force for Global Network Operations. Previously, he was the Chief of Staff for U.S. Strategic Command and Commander 9th Signal Command, NETCOM. Pollett is a former member of the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, where he co-chaired White House strategic planning and execution efforts for mobile communications modernization. He holds a Master of Science degree in national resources strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and a Master of Science degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.
