Major General Robert Wheeler, USAF (Retired April 01, 2016) served on the staff of the Secretary of Defense from July 2012 as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) and Information Infrastructure Capabilities. Prior to his role at OSD, he was the Deputy Director for Nuclear Operations, U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
