Thomas J. Fitzpatrick

Thomas J. Fitzpatrick served as our Chief Financial Officer from April 2010 and as our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Office from April 2013 until his retirement in December 2024. He joined our Board of Directors in April 2013. From 2002 through 2009, Mr. Fitzpatrick was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Centennial Communications Corp., a publicly traded telecommunications company that was acquired by AT&T in November 2009. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of several privately held and publicly traded companies in the telecommunications and technology industries and was a Vice President with Bell Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon). Mr. Fitzpatrick graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University. Mr. Fitzpatrick is also a Certified Public Accountant.
